I'm going to talk about Pixar Animation Studios, that is one of the biggest and more important animation studios in the world. It was founded in February 3, 1986  in Richmond, California. The founders were Edwin Catmull, Steve Jobs and Alvy Ray Smith. Since the begging of Pixar, they've made 19 films, starting with Toy Story, the first computer-animated film, and there are 3 more that are in production, and also 25 short films. So we can expect a lot of new fims by pixar.

The long animation film that won last year in this category in The Oscars was Zootopia, a film from Walt Disney animation studios. It's about a girl/bunny that fulfills her dream of being police officer in Zootopia, but is so difficult to her. And once that she's there she has to outcome different obstacles, and in her way to discover some things, she will meet more "people".

The animation short film that won last year in this category in The Oscars was Piper, a film from Pixar. It's about a little bird that has to get his own food, but his afraid of the sea. But with the help of a little crab he gets to take a shell and a lot more.

Today, I'm going to talk about the last animation film that I saw in the cinema:  This film is Coco. It was premiered in Mexico in October 20, 2017 during a film festival. It is from Pixar and Walt Disney Pictures. This film is about Miguel, a 12 years old boy from Mexico, who is accidentally transported to the land of the dead, where he tries to find his great-great-grandfather, that was a really famous musician when he was alive, and through this he will discover a few secrets about his family.
